  • Each session runs from 16:00 – 20:30 EET. Please plan to participate throughout.
  • You will be given time for exercises and coaching to implement as you learn.
  • Times listed in the agendas are approximate. Bonus content is available every day if we finish the planned material.
  • Two breaks will be provided along with time to work on the exercises. You are expected to be engaged throughout the program (i.e., please turn on your camera), do the exercises and participate in pitching).

How will you stay ahead?
Show potential investors how your innovation will help you stay ahead of your competition or show potential partners/ customers how you will help them stay ahead of their competition.

Does it work?
Demonstrate that your innovation works today, or will in the near future, so that it can start earning revenue soon.

Provide insight into your financial and other growth projections. Make sure you are consistent from Q1 to Q7!
30ImplementationEveryone creates draft content that makes a plausible case as to the impact your business model will have on your bottom line. Volunteers receive coaching.

Present the capabilities of your management team in executing to plan.
