45	"Perfect Pitch" Philosophy	Understand your audience to engage them, plus favorite tips & tools for framing your pitch.
15	Implementation	Assess your and your audience's goals and identify how you will bridge differences in motivation to achieve them.
10	Coffee break	@ ~ 17:30; may be extended for exercises.
30	Question 01: Who cares?	Estimate, validate and pitch the opportunity you are providing to your customers or their end users.
30	Implementation	Everyone sketches their problem & current solutions, then rewrites their 1-minute pitch. Volunteers receive coaching.
30	Question 02: What do you do?	Describe your solution so that it is meaningful to your customer and to investors.

20	Recap of Session 01	Understand your audience, quantify the problem, describe your innovative solution. Create slide masters.
30	Question 03: Why will you win?	Highlight your advantages in terms of benefits for your customers across all dimensions of competition. Bonus: Show how they will be more competitive.
45	Implementation	Everyone creates a competition matrix, then rewrites their 1-minute pitch. Volunteers receive coaching on their 1-minute pitch and/or slides.
10	Coffee break	@ ~ 17:30; may be extended for exercises.
30	Question 04: How will you stay ahead?	Show potential investors how your innovation will help you stay ahead of your competition or show potential partners/ customers how you will help them stay ahead of their competition.
30	Implementation	Everyone creates draft content for Questions 4, then edits their 1-minute pitch OR their deck. Volunteers receive coaching on their pitch or slides.
30	Question 05: Does it work?	Demonstrate that your innovation works today, or will in the near future, so that it can start earning revenue soon.
10	Coffee break	@ ~ 19:00; may be extended for exercises.
30	Implementation	Everyone creates draft content for Questions 5, then edits their 1-minute pitch OR their deck. Volunteers receive coaching on their pitch or slides.
30	Marketing materials	Bonus content (time allowing): Critique of volunteers' decks, one-pagers or websites.
30	Deck: Data display	Bonus content (time allowing): Demo of slide tables, graphs and charts. (Yes, better than you can do them.)

20	Recap of Session 02	Know your competitive advantage, how to protect it and how to highlight your ability to execute.
30	Question 06: How will you make money?	Describe how you will acquire customers, make and deliver your products, and grow your business. Bonus: Show how you fit in your customers’ business model.

45	Implementation	Everyone creates a flowchart or other layout of their business model and their fit with customers. Volunteers receive coaching on their 1-minute pitch and/or slides.
30	Question 07: How much will you make?	Provide insight into your financial and other growth projections. Make sure you are consistent from Q1 to Q7!
30	Implementation	Everyone creates draft content that makes a plausible case as to the impact your business model will have on your bottom line. Volunteers receive coaching.
10	Coffee break	@ ~ 19:00; may be extended for exercises.
15	Question 08: Why you?	Present the capabilities of your management team in executing to plan.
30	Implementation	Everyone refines their team slides. Be sure to take note of assets that you still need to obtain, e.g., head shots, logos.
30	Marketing materials	Bonus content (time allowing): Critique of volunteers' decks, one-pagers or websites.
30	Deck: Emphasis through animation	Bonus content (time allowing): Demo of animations. (Yes, better than you can do them.)
